Subramaniyan Vaithinathan is a business transformation leader with 25+ years of expertise in Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and digital transformation. As the Founder & Principal Consultant, he drives enterprise-wide process improvements, cost optimization, and strategic execution for global organizations.
A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has trained 5,000+ professionals in Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and business process excellence. He is also an expert in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® strategy workshops and consulting on policy, SOPs, performance management, and business continuity for government and private sector organizations.
With extensive experience in automotive, aerospace, metals, and mining industries, he has led large-scale Lean transformations, capability-building programs, and ISO-based process standardization. Additionally, he has worked across three major family-run conglomerates, overseeing enterprise excellence for 40+ industries, including energy, banking, education, healthcare, logistics, and UAE government entities. His expertise spans business process management, digital transformation, and ISO-based quality standards.
The only auditor in the GCC for ISO 18404 Lean Six Sigma, he is also a certified Business Continuity Management Auditor and Lead Implementer, ensuring resilience in complex business environments. He has collaborated with McKinsey & Company and Frost & Sullivan, integrating world-class methodologies into business strategy and transformation.
